Water For Water were lucky enough to be asked to sponsor TedxWomen conference on 1^st Dec.

The event saw ambitious, inspiring women flocking to the Wheeler Centre to hear from some of the most iconic women in Australia to engage in an Honest Conversation. 

Our friends at The League of Extraordinary Women & Cupcake Central hosted the after party and asked us to be involved - we love these women and what they do.

Water For Water were pleased to be involved in Wonderwalls last weekend in Wollongong.

The three day art festival which included an exhibition, artist discussions and a series of small to large scale murals was a huge success!

The WorldChangers Market is back on!
WorldChangers Market is a way that everyday shoppers can positively impact the world's poorest people! It is held this Friday 30th March from 530 - 9pm at Wollongong Church of Christ. So stop on by and remember to purchase at bottle of Water For Water while you are there.

 

Josh Lawson’s In the Raw script reading of “The Little Death” was staged at Cockatoo Island on Tuesday 21st February. The Little Death is a wickedly funny exploration of the five different lives of five different couples and the five different fetishes that make them…well, different.
Celebrated actors Susie Porter (East West 101, RAN), Bob Franklin (Thank God You’re Here, The Librarians), Damon Herriman (J. Edgar, Wilfred, Rake) and Don Hany (Offspring, East West 101) were cast for the live reading.

This month Water For Water was asked to sponsor an event with Element Skateboards to celebrate the release of Bjorn Johnston's first two pro model boards on Element. Water For Water was happy to take part. Check out the boards and some pictures from the night....

SIBELLA COURT,  Interior Stylist, Author and recent contributor to Water For Water's artist Christmas Cards opened her exhibition SOUVENIRS OF ETCETERA at BAROMETER GALLERY in Paddington this week. Water For Water supplied water for the exhibition and also had the privilege of attending the opening night.

Sibella Court's first book Etcetera etc: creating beautiful interiors with the things you love won Best Designed Book of the Year 2010. Now, with her award-winning photographer brother, Chris Court, she has created an installation at Barometer Gallery in Sydney's Paddington so will be able to feel & experience all the special textured papers that make up Etcetera.

Sibella is an interior stylist, product designer, shop owner (The Society inc.), globetrotter, feature writer and author of Etcetera, The Stylist's Guide to NYC and Nomad: Bringing your travels home. Chris is internationally sought after & has photographed for Donna Hay, Vogue Living, Harpers Bazaar, Martha Stewart and Living Etc. as well as photographing Etcetera & Nomad with Sibella.

The gallery allows you to touch, see, marvel & enjoy, as if you are within the photographs, discovering them in a space that you exist in, rather than the book that you hold within your hands.

Water For Water is delighted to be providing bottles of water for the exhibition. If you are in Sydney it's an event not to be missed!

Food, wine and good music have always gone hand in hand (in hand!) So this weekend the best of the West will be gathering in Prince Alfred Park, Parramatta for Eat2theBeat, a highlight of the Crave Sydney International Food Festival

There’ll be food stalls, fresh produce, local and celebrity chefs on stage as well as musicians, artists and winemakers. Water For Water will be there too, so come on down and enjoy a day of nibbly treats and wine tasting this weekend.

Make sure you pop in and say hi to us at the Water For Water tent and pick up a bottle of water, which will support communities who lack access to safe drinking water.
